Welcome to my home. It has been a pleasure living here. Primary bedroom became my dinning room for all our family get togethers. Walk-in closet with ensuite became my storage ,secret hiding for gifts and surprises for the kids. A ensuite just for me! Huge living room with a gas fireplace, high ceiling for my 12 ft. rotating Christmas tree. Kitchen with enough storage for all our needs with a Unique gas stove. Eating area is big enough for a large table for kids to eat, visit while adults do the same in the dining room and room for a cupboard or two . Main floor laundry with sink and closet with laundry chute. Plenty of room for folding, steaming, ironing, and second fridge and table. Main floor bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs has 3 big bedrooms, bathroom, library with built in cupbourds or a office, play area. For me I used it as a huge bedroom with lots of windows with access to the walk around for sitting, plants or just looking down on living area or watching the moon or occasional fireworks . Basement was left undone for kids to learn how to skateboard, hoover board, or rollerblade and of course hockey. Separate area for change room/hockey equipment and gaming Tv area. Lots of storage for Xmas stuff, pickles, jams and extras. Single car garage with room for RV behind garage. Parking out back and in front drive way, plus located in a cul-de-sac. Yard is all fenced, perennials, fire pit, sitting areas. Brick patio/repotting plant stand, with gas hook-up .Wonderful big back yard with no grass and three separate doors from the backyard into this beautiful home. A lovely entrances space at both front and back for coming and going. Honestly you will just want to stay home to welcome friends, family and all the kids , I know I did! Welcome to your New Home!
